TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING SOLELY FROM USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law or to obligations governed by a separate signed service agreement.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Site and may update these Terms. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect and the unenforceable provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding use of the Site; a separate signed service agreement controls the services covered by that agreement.
